Tech News Update: February 23rd - BenQ has launched its new 23.8-inch monitor - the BL2490, priced at 1099 CNY.
According to reports, the new monitor features a 23.8-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1920x1080, supporting a high refresh rate of 100Hz and offering a viewing angle of 178 degrees.
This screen boasts a contrast ratio of 1300:1, a viewing angle of 178 degrees, 99% sRGB coverage, and supports BenQ's "Smart Brightness 2.0" technology. It's equipped with a front sensor (located at the bottom bezel) that detects ambient light intensity and user status, automatically adjusting the display to a comfortable brightness level. Additionally, users have the option to manually adjust the screen brightness.
Additionally, the BenQ BL2490 features LBL+ functionality, which filters harmful blue light and supports Rheinland-certified low blue light flicker. It comes with the built-in EyeCareU manager and supports programming mode and e-book mode.
In terms of interfaces, it is equipped with two HDMI 1.4 ports and one DP 1.2 port.
