According to the latest announcement from OPPO on February 21st, the company has officially revealed its AI strategy, the 1+N Intelligent Body Ecology Strategy, with the aim of transitioning users from merely experimenting with AI to making it a part of their daily routines.

During the 2024 Spring Festival, OPPO introduced over a hundred practical AI features to tens of millions of users, including AI noise reduction, call summaries, and the new Xiao Bu assistant.

Liu Zuohu, OPPO's Chief Product Officer, noted that users' enthusiasm for the AI noise reduction feature exceeded expectations. Backend data shows that users are using this feature an average of 15 times per day, demonstrating a shift from experimentation to regular usage.

"Furthermore, feedback from the sales end indicates that when we talk to users about what AI smartphones can do, they don't necessarily perceive it. However, when we showcase features like AI noise reduction, the success rate of sales significantly increases."

OPPO plans to revamp smartphone functionality using AI, adding more features similar to AI noise reduction.

Additionally, Liu Zuohu mentioned that while OPPO has its own large-scale models, they are open to collaborating with other large-scale models. Their focus is on delivering the best experience to their target users by utilizing the most suitable models for each scenario, emphasizing cooperation over competition. 3d5f78f3-cf06-4441-9641-7e3b7342d989.png
