The annual "China IC Design Achievement Award" is one of the most important technical awards in the Chinese electronics industry. It is jointly selected by the AspenCore user community and AspenCore's senior analyst team. As a next-generation IPC SoC chip product, the AX620Q from Aixin Intelligence is equipped with the new generation Aixin Zhimou 4.0 image processing engine and the new generation Aixin Tongyuan 4.0 high-performance, low-power NPU engine. It leads the industry in high-definition, intelligent processing, and analysis. It integrates a 100-megabit network PHY, audio codec, RTC real-time clock, showing significant advantages in image, computing power, and performance. With integrated 256MB LPDDR4, supporting 16MB NOR Flash, and dual-camera fast boot and dual-camera AOV support, it helps customers reduce component area and overall BOM costs, while enabling various low-power application scenarios. As of now, AX620Q, as the flagship product of Aixin Intelligence, has been adopted and mass-produced by multiple customers.
