On April 8th, the State Post Bureau released the results of the 2023 Courier Service Satisfaction Survey and Time Limit Testing.
Among 9 brands, SF Express continues to lead the rankings in public satisfaction with courier services, marking its 15th consecutive year as the top choice in the State Post Bureau's courier service satisfaction survey.
Currently, SF Express has established a comprehensive logistics service network covering 100% of cities in China and 202 countries and regions globally. It is the largest air cargo carrier in China and boasts the largest fleet of cargo aircraft in the country.
As of the end of 2023, SF Express owned and leased a total of 103 cargo aircraft, operating on 152 domestic and international routes, connecting 65 international airports.
Lin Hu, Director of the Market Supervision Department of the State Post Bureau, stated that in 2023, against the backdrop of the high-quality development of the industry, both courier service satisfaction and on-time delivery rates not only effectively recovered but also saw significant improvement.
In particular, both the public satisfaction score and the 72-hour delivery success rate reached historic highs.
It is reported that this survey and testing were conducted by a third-party organization organized by the State Post Bureau, covering 9 courier service brands and 50 cities.
The satisfaction survey employed methods such as online surveys, with users who used courier services in 2023 evaluating satisfaction in five aspects: acceptance, collection, delivery, after-sales, and information, yielding a total of 175,000 valid samples.
